Job Description
The candidate will perform necessary administrative tasks in the Human Resources department, including staff management, hiring processes, social welfare, and maintaining HR records. The role requires significant experience in human resources management and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all internal and external HR-related matters
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Conduct orientations and update records of new staff
- Manage payroll processes
- Familiarity with HR systems will be an added advantage
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- More than 2 years of experience in the HR field
- Strong HR administration and people management skills
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Knowledge of labour law and employment equity regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer literacy with proficiency in:
- MS Office
- Business and communication tools
