Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team and drive the development and optimization of our Shopify storefront. This role is critical in supporting high-growth D2C initiatives by enhancing user experience, improving conversion rates, and ensuring the website performs at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize the Shopify storefront to support direct-to-consumer growth strategies
• Customize Shopify themes and develop new templates aligned with brand and business needs
• Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests (product pages, checkout flows, etc.) to improve conversion rates and customer experience
• Ensure responsive design, fast site performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate, configure, and manage third-party Shopify apps to enhance site functionality

Tools & Technologies

• Shopify (theme development, Liquid templating, Shopify Plus)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and experience with front-end frameworks
• A/B testing tools such as Intelligems and Google Optimize
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Rebuy, or similar personalization and retention tools

Requirements

• Strong experience in Shopify theme customization and development
• Proven track record of improving site performance, UX, and conversion rates through A/B testing
• Expertise in responsive design, web accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to integrate and configure third-party Shopify apps effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
