Job Description
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (LinkedIn-focused) to own and grow our LinkedIn presence across organic and paid channels. Your mission is to turn LinkedIn into a consistent engine for brand awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline, working closely with Executives, Product Marketing, Employer Branding, and Sales.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B storytelling, enjoys experimentation, and knows that real impact comes from measurable outcomes—not vanity metrics.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s product vision and stay updated on relevant technology trends.
- Own the overall LinkedIn strategy:
- Company page
- Key stakeholders (executives, leaders)
- Product-focused presence where relevant
- Plan, create, and publish a consistent LinkedIn content cadence (posts, carousels, videos, thought leadership).
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads for demand generation, retargeting, and brand awareness.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product narratives into LinkedIn-native campaigns.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding on talent-focused content and hiring campaigns.
- Develop and manage an employee advocacy program (content packs, guidelines, enablement).
- Set up tracking and attribution (UTMs, CRM and marketing automation integrations).
- Analyze and optimize performance based on reach, engagement, and lead quality.
- Experiment with new formats and approaches (Lead Gen Forms, events, DMs, new ad formats).
- Stay current with LinkedIn best practices, trends, and algorithm updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related role (preferably within the IT industry).
(Freshers with strong hands-on LinkedIn experience are encouraged to apply.) - Clear interest in B2B marketing and LinkedIn as a growth channel.
- Hands-on LinkedIn experience, such as:
- Managing a LinkedIn page or profile (company, university club, project, or personal brand), or
- Running or assisting with LinkedIn campaigns, or
- Consistently creating LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, thought leadership).
- Strong social media copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable reviewing metrics like impressions, CTR, and leads and learning from results.
- Ability to work closely with Product Marketing, Employer Branding, and Sales.
- Fast learner with a test-and-iterate mindset.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in digital, social, or performance marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with UTMs, landing pages, and basic funnel tracking.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments.
- Experience launching or supporting employee advocacy programs.
