Job Description
As a Pre-Sales Solution Support, you will play a key role in supporting Solution Architects to craft end-to-end customer solutions. This role focuses on ensuring FTTP and Wi-Fi product solutions are accurately designed, well-documented, and ready for customer proposals, procurement, and successful installation by project delivery teams.
You will contribute to solution design, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring technical accuracy while aligning solutions with customer business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Solution Architects in designing and proposing network solutions that meet customer requirements
- Assist in producing detailed design documents, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BoMs)
- Support collaboration with the sales team to understand customer business objectives and challenges
- Help prepare and document solutions ready for implementation by project managers and delivery teams
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, communicating clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Work remotely and independently while actively contributing to team collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in technical delivery roles
- Hands-on experience deploying enterprise IT network solutions, including:
- Large-scale Wi-Fi
- FTTP / FTTB
- Fibre technologies
- Familiarity with leading vendors and technologies such as:
- HPE Aruba
- Ruckus
- Juniper
- Cisco
- Nokia
- Strong understanding of networking and cabling, particularly for installation scoping and upgrade planning
- Ability to successfully obtain a police clearance, suitable for working within:
- Education
- Defence
- Government
- Large Enterprise
- Residential environments
- Relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience to meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Key Deliverables
The following deliverables will be used to define performance goals and KPIs:
- Completed high-level and detailed network design documents
- Accurate and validated Bills of Materials (BoMs)
- Clearly documented technical solution proposals supporting sales submissions
- Installation-ready technical handover documentation for project teams
- Design validation inputs supporting procurement and vendor selection
- Timely support during pre-sales workshops and customer engagements
- Continuous improvement contributions to solution templates and documentation standards
- Compliance-aligned documentation meeting regulatory and security requirements
