Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Generative AI Architect who blends strong technical execution with strategic thinking. The role focuses on designing, building, and scaling GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents).
- Translate business problems into scalable AI systems.
- Lead rapid experimentation and prototyping across text, code, speech, and vision.
- Ensure governance, reliability, and cost efficiency of AI solutions.
- Mentor teams on GenAI best practices and responsible AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in software/AI engineering; 2+ years in Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Strong system design, communication, and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.
- Startup mindset with ability to move seamlessly between strategy and coding.
