Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how our products are positioned, packaged, and launched to the market. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Design & Marketing, translating features into clear value propositions and campaigns that directly impact pipeline growth and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s product vision and stay up to date with the latest technology changes to align marketing efforts.
- Develop and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key customer segments.
- Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new features and product launches, including planning, timelines, enablement, and reporting.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing production team.
- Translate product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven messaging for websites, presentations, campaigns, and sales materials.
- Build and maintain product marketing collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, FAQs, and battlecards.
- Partner with Sales teams to understand objections, refine messaging, and develop sales enablement assets.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap validation, beta programs, and customer feedback loops.
- Define and track launch KPIs including adoption, engagement, pipeline influence, and win rates.
- Support demand generation campaigns with positioning strategies, audience insights, and content briefs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably within the IT industry
(Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Proven experience supporting GTM initiatives and product launches.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Solid understanding of SaaS or B2B buying journeys, or similar complex sales environments.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Design teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the SaaS industry or a similar B2B technology environment.
- Familiarity with customer research methods such as surveys, interviews, and win/loss analysis.
