We’ve recently expanded into corporate gifting with Mintpay Vouchers, giving companies a smarter way to reward and appreciate employees. We’re now looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help grow this exciting new vertical.
Job Overview: As a Senior Business Development Executive, you’ll focus on expanding Mintpay’s corporate voucher partnerships. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, and executing Mintpay’s corporate voucher strategy across Sri Lanka.
● Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify potential corporate clients to build a strong pipeline for Mintpay Vouchers. ● Drive client acquisition and manage relationships with HR, Admin, and Finance teams. ● Pitch and present Mintpay Vouchers to decision-makers across industries. ● Support corporate clients through onboarding and ongoing account management. ● Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities. ● Research market needs and trends to enhance the corporate vouchers offering. ● Execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

Requirements
- Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Prior experience handling the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing) is preferred.
- Strong ability to build long-term partnerships and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
