Intern - Application Support

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Work on a 24/5 roster basis shift including local holidays
  (Morning: 5.00am – 12.00pm / Day: 11.30am – 8.30pm / Night: 8.00pm – 5.00am).
• Work with international clients and internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites.
• Ensure compliance with given SLAs and OLAs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to converse with clients in other countries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on applications and their environments.
• Possess relevant computer literacy.
• Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset.
