Job Description

The Role
As part of the Group Corporate Communications team, you will support integrated communication initiatives across multiple business verticals, ensuring alignment with Group-level priorities, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Group verticals to gather information on key activities, initiatives, and milestones for integrated cross-vertical communication.
- Assist in information gathering, documentation, and compilation for local and international award submissions and corporate recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate digital content requirements with the Group Digital Team, ensuring timely execution and alignment with agreed KPIs.
- Support the planning and coordination of ESG, ESV, and CSR initiatives across the Abans Group in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-vertical synergies by ensuring smooth information flow and alignment with Group communication priorities.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with press and media personnel, supporting media engagement activities as directed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of thematic and corporate campaigns, coordinating with external creative, PR, and digital agencies.
- Draft press releases, media notes, and related communication materials when required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approval protocols.
- Support the compilation and coordination of content for the Group Annual Report, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Assist in preparing communication materials, briefs, presentations, and internal updates for the Group Corporate Communications team.
The Person
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, ESG/ESV, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to a corporate, agency, or multi-brand environment will be an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of corporate communications, branding, and digital media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content performance indicators.
- Experience coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Awareness of ESG, sustainability, and CSR concepts (practical exposure preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
