Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements
- Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Create, maintain, and update documentation and specifications
- Use data visualization tools to identify trends and support insights
- Assist in managing tasks across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Support stakeholder communication and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business analysis
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with documentation, user stories, and Agile processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze data and deliver meaningful business insights
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
- Basic stakeholder management skills
