- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate APIs, services, and deployment processes.
- Understand, configure, and contribute to CI/CD build and deployment pipelines.
- Maintain and work with databases and blob storage for efficient data handling and storage (added advantage).
- Contribute to understanding UI layer interactions (React.js or React Native) to support full-stack integration (added advantage).
🎓 Entry Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in backend development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot (MVC) frameworks.
- Proven experience in writing, compiling, and troubleshooting Java code in real-world applications.
- Exposure to build management tools and procedures.
- Experience working in a CI/CD or DevOps environment (added advantage).
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work according to the U.S. calendar and schedules.
