About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join the Oscar Wylee team. Working within a small, dynamic IT team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient IT support to our head office and network of retail stores.

This role also offers exposure to new and ongoing IT projects, making it an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

⏰ Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support services to head office and retail store locations
• Install, configure, and manage:
  • Hardware and software
  • Systems and servers
  • Phones, networks, and printers
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network performance
• Test software and IT strategies
• Assist stores with system and equipment setup
• Support day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to travel within Sydney or interstate when required
• A degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience (desirable)
