We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can take ownership of complex backend systems, lead a team of developers, and drive technical decisions across high-impact projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• ✨ Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance Node.js middleware and microservices
• 🔗 Architect and implement RESTful & GraphQL APIs using Express.js and Next.js
• ⚙️ Guide the design and maintenance of robust microservices supporting critical system functionality
• 🔌 Integrate backend services with external systems (e.g., SAP) using Amazon SQS and other AWS services
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless API delivery
• 🔐 Oversee API Gateway configurations and ensure secure, standards-compliant communication
• 🛠️ Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives
• 📦 Participate in sprint planning, release coordination, and technical mentoring

✅ Required Qualifications

• 🧠 7–8+ years of fullstack development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• 📦 Strong expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and/or React.js (Next.js preferred)
• 🧱 Proven experience with microservices architecture and scalable backend systems
• ☁️ Hands-on experience with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS)
• 🔐 Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure API design
• 🧪 Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or similar
• 🐇 Exposure to RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus
