Human Resources Intern

Abans Finance PLC, a licensed finance company and a member of the prestigious Abans Group, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join its Human Resources team as an HR Intern.

The intern will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations within a leading finance company operating islandwide.

Candidate Profile

• Full or part professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work long hours when required
