Role Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all multi-channel marketing efforts to elevate the brand and drive engagement within the technology sector, particularly in the ERP and digital transformation space. This role requires strong hands-on experience in content creation, digital tools, and translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging marketing messages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns across all digital and content platforms.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all public platforms using social media scheduling tools.
2. Digital Content Creation & Management
- Craft compelling content using excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact for a B2B audience.
- Translate complex technical concepts (related to ERP and digital transformation) into clear, accessible, and commercially engaging marketing materials.
3. Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and initiatives directly with core business objectives and goals.
What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- Proven, hands-on experience in a dedicated tech-focused marketing role.
- Specific familiarity with the ERP or digital transformation sector preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Canva and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills across various formats and platforms.
- A highly collaborative mindset and proven ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization), including optimizing landing pages, blog content, and metadata to improve search rankings.
- A strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing strategies and execution.
- The ability to interpret basic marketing analytics to iterate quickly and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Direct experience in B2B or tech-focused marketing, particularly within the SAP or Microsoft ecosystem.
