Compensation Base Salary: LKR 20,000 – 35,000 (based on hours worked) Commission Model: 40% earnings for the teacher when exceeding base salary 60% retained by CAMDEX Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge or Edexcel curricula Prepare monthly tutes, lesson plans, and structured academic content Collaborate on video-based lessons, educational reels, and short-form content Participate in class recordings and support hybrid teaching (online & physical) Contribute to content creation for online learning platforms Requirements Strong subject knowledge in Cambridge or Edexcel syllabus Prior teaching or tutoring experience (preferred) Willingness to participate in video content and on-camera teaching Good communication and time-management skills Tech-friendly, self-motivated, and reliable Passion for innovative and student-focused education Why Join CAMDEX?
