Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager with experience in the banking domain to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to coordinate effectively between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
- Monitoring and managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Allocating resources efficiently to optimize project performance and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Computer Science from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
- Proven experience in the Banking domain.
- Excellent communication skills.
