Key Responsibilities
- Lead or assist in managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and project outcomes
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, supporting mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
- Manage or support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business needs are met
- Optimize resource allocation to improve project performance and meet deadlines
- Monitor and assist in managing project budgets for efficient financial utilization
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and post-project reviews
- Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies to ensure flexibility and responsiveness
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably within the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools
- Good understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and integration projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead or support cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex project environments
- Ability to manage client relationships and align project outcomes with business goals
