Job Summary
Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Little Group, a privately owned group of companies that includes Port Phillip Ferries, Melbourne Jet Base, and Little Real Estate, one of Australia’s largest residential property management companies.

Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join a growing product team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the platform is reliable, functional, and easy to use.
You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to test new features and identify bugs before they reach customers. This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills and contribute to a product used by thousands of users across Australia.
Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and run test cases for new features and bug fixes across web and mobile platforms
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform hands-on manual testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Provide feedback on product usability and suggest testing process improvements
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software QA or manual testing
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- API testing experience using tools like Postman is highly regarded
- Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile testing
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail 🕵️♀️
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and experience working in Agile teams
