Customer Support Engineer (Internship)

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Support Engineer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping customers solve problems while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world environment. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support for POS software via phone, chat, and remote access Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues Guide users on system usage and best practices Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Record and track customer issues and resolutions Requirements Basic knowledge of computers and software systems Good communication skills (Sinhala or Tamil + basic English) Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently Friendly attitude with a customer-focused mindset Prior experience in customer support or IT is an advantage (not required) Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Internship Details Duration: Internship Allowance: Rs. 15,000 per month Work Type: Work from home Why Join Us?
