Job Description
We are seeking a senior Project Manager to partner with product development and engineering teams to drive the delivery of FBSI architecture and data solutioning initiatives. This role requires strong ownership of delivery excellence, multi-team coordination, and release management, while ensuring alignment with business outcomes and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in delivery-focused roles
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Mainframe and distributed systems
- Hands-on understanding of DB2, VSAM, COBOL, JCL, CICS
- Strong experience defining and managing Acceptance Criteria at Initiative, Epic, and Story levels
- Solid understanding of delivery methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall
