Software Developer

We’re looking for a Software Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and eager to contribute to a global, collaborative team. As an independent, self-motivated problem solver, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish while mentoring junior developers along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-volume web-based SaaS applications aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements and introduce new features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database layers)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal service disruption
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new features with a focus on security and scalability
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Conduct unit testing and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
• Support the development and integration of microservices and cloud-based applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, particularly on high-volume SaaS platforms
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js
• Extensive experience building secure and scalable REST-based APIs
• Hands-on experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Strong experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-based development
• Proven experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience using Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Leadership experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
