Ceylinco Life Insurance is offering an internship opportunity in the IT Department for Business Analyst roles. This internship provides hands-on experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination.

You will work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions while learning industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support requirement gathering and process analysis
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams
• Assist in documentation and business analysis tasks
• Monitor project progress and identify risks/issues

Requirements

• Undergraduate in IT / Software Engineering / BIS / related field
• Basic understanding of SDLC and business analysis
• Familiarity with MS Office tools
• Good communication skills
