Job Description
We are seeking a Content Strategist to research, analyze, plan, and create content across multiple formats and platforms. This role owns the entire content lifecycle—from insight and strategy to planning, creation, and calendar management. You will shape what we say, why we say it, and where it appears across websites, articles, case studies, video scripts, and social media platforms.
This is a thinking, planning, and execution role—not a “post daily and hope for engagement” position.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Strategy
- Research industries, audiences, competitors, and content trends
- Analyze what content works, why it works, and how to improve it
- Define content themes, messaging pillars, and narratives
- Plan content aligned with business goals, campaigns, and brand positioning
Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars
- Plan content across websites, articles/blogs, case studies, video scripts, and social media
- Ensure content consistency across channels while adapting tone and format
Social Media Management (Strategy-first)
- Own social media content strategy, not just posting
- Plan platform-specific content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create full social media calendars including captions and formats
- Track performance and refine content strategy based on insights
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in content strategy, content planning, or digital content roles
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to translate ideas and insights into structured content plans
- Excellent written communication skills across different content formats
- Experience creating and managing social media content calendars
- Understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and audience psychology
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking
- Experience working with multiple industries or brands
- Basic understanding of design or video workflows (not required)
