We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeping & Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Requirements to Apply

• 7+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including team leadership or supervisory experience
• Fully qualified in CA, CMA, ACCA, or any other recognized professional accounting qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and QuickBooks (knowledge of additional accounting software is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills

Job Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and Accounting Oversight

• Review and manage the accounting team’s outputs
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Work in a consultative capacity to drive strategic improvements within the bookkeeping function

Customer Success Management

• Strengthen client relationships by managing communications effectively
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with agreed requirements
• Utilize the client database to identify new opportunities and support conversions
• Prepare proposals based on client needs and assist in closing deals with high conversion rates

Team Coordination and Leadership

• Lead and support the team in achieving goals, providing guidance and feedback
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Collaborate with management to meet strategic targets and contribute to revenue generation

Strategic Contribution

• Work closely with management on high-level reviews and strategic decision-making
• Focus on improving customer delivery and enhancing overall service quality
