Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with teams
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Manage ATS and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Currently studying HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good knowledge of MS Office
