Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – Mobile Testing

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer – Mobile to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and implement best Quality Engineering (QE) practices
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Work closely with the Associate QA Lead on technical clarifications
• Participate in requirement reviews and ensure clarity
• Design, write, and execute functional test cases
• Perform defect tracking, logging, and management
• Contribute to automation testing (basic scripting and troubleshooting)
• Support test planning and strategy preparation
• Identify and support non-functional testing (NFRs)
• Conduct system integration testing
• Prepare UAT documentation and support UAT demos
• Perform hands-on mobile testing (Android and iOS)
• Work within Agile/Scrum environments
• Deliver tasks on time and follow escalation processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software QA
• Strong experience in mobile application testing (Android and iOS)
• Exposure to test automation (Appium is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals and testing methodologies
• Experience in manual testing and defect management
• Familiarity with tools:
  • Jira
  • HP QC
• Basic knowledge of OOP concepts
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
