What You’ll Be Doing
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll get real-world experience managing campaigns, optimizing brand presence, and reporting on results. Key responsibilities include:
Managing and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube ,etc.
Using Meta Business Manager & Ad manager to set up and optimize paid campaigns
Assisting with Google Ads Manager for PPC campaigns and keyword planning
Monitoring traffic and engagement with Google Analytics
Creating content calendars, marketing plans, and reports
Analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement
Monitoring competitor activity and marketing trends
Supporting in proposal creation, campaign audits, and marketing reports
Working with CMS platforms like WordPress to manage website content
Plan and Participate in Client meetings

Requirements
- Are passionate about digital marketing and brand communication
- Have a basic understanding or hands-on experience with tools (Meta Business Suite / Ad Manager ,Google Ads / Analytics, CMS platforms -WordPress, etc.)
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills (Sinhala and English)
- Enjoy creative writing, storytelling, and content ideation
- Are proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently or in a team
- Can think analytically and strategically
