Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads through data-driven strategies and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
• Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversion.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools.
