Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of our ERP distribution system. This role involves outbound cold calling, qualifying prospects, presenting our ERP solution, and closing deals or scheduling demos with decision-makers in distribution, wholesale, and trading businesses.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and engage B2B decision-makers
- Understand customer pain points related to inventory, sales, and operations
- Present the ERP distribution system, explain its benefits, and schedule product demos
- Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Close deals or hand over qualified opportunities to senior sales team
Requirements
Required Skills
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or cold calling (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable selling software or technology solutions
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERP, SaaS, accounting, or business software
- Knowledge of distribution, wholesale, supply chain, or trading industries
- Prior experience selling to SMEs or mid-sized businesses
