You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing brand communication across platforms, and helping us build a stronger online community that reflects both our values and voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and reach
• Respond to comments and DMs, fostering a positive and active community
• Stay up-to-date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
• Write compelling captions, taglines, and copy that align with our brand voice
• Take initiative to suggest creative campaigns and engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For

• A strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) and their best practices
• Creative thinking with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) to track and improve performance
• Strong writing skills for crafting engaging captions, CTAs, and brand messaging
• Experience managing content calendars and planning social campaigns
• Great communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
• Basic understanding of brand voice and consistency across platforms
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
