About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior / Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team for a fast-paced, large-scale project supporting a US-based client in South Florida. This role requires someone who can quickly understand complex system domains, take ownership of functional knowledge, and ensure system content and functionality remain accurate and up to date.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and communicate directly with US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document complex business processes related to logistics and warehousing operations.
- Quickly grasp system architecture, workflows, and interdependent functionalities.
- Maintain strong functional knowledge of the overall system and its modules.
- Periodically validate system content, configurations, and functionality updates.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated business logic within the system.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to support ongoing development and releases.
- Communicate directly with US-based clients to gather clarifications and validate requirements.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Assist in UAT coordination and validation of system enhancements.
- Support change management and feature rollout communications.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2.5 – 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Prior exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to comprehend and manage large, complex project domains.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation skills.

- Ability to confidently communicate with US-based clients.

- Ability to retain and manage large volumes of functional knowledge.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with logistics tracking, container management, or inventory systems.
- Experience working with distributed or international teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
- Works closely with development and QA teams.
- Direct communication with US-based client stakeholders.
