Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter on a 1-year contract basis to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and engage top talent for technical positions across development, AI/ML, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, DevOps, AI/ML, Data, and Product teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and talent pipelines.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
- Assist with contract negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding coordination.
Employer Branding Support
- Represent the company at job fairs, virtual events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract top talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or product companies.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS/HR tools such as Zoho, Taleo, Workday, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for GCC or global clients.
- Familiarity with contractual and permanent hiring processes.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Cloud, and Data Science.

- Number of positions successfully filled within SLA.
- Quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.
- Time-to-hire and pipeline management efficiency.
- Hiring manager satisfaction.
