The Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll own and scale Qlub’s cloud infrastructure while improving developer and monitoring experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure powering our global platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP
- Develop & maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts
- Set up and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana)
- Maintain centralized logging systems (Loki, ELK, or similar)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high reliability and performance
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using Terraform or similar tools
- Contribute to internal tooling and automation via scripting (Python preferred; Go is a plus)
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant IT degree
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer, ideally in SaaS or product environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Familiarity with GitOps tools and principles (ArgoCD)
- Strong knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana)
- Experience with logging systems (Loki, ELK, or similar)
- Scripting skills in Python or Bash (Go is a plus)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native services (ECS, EC2, ALB, GKE, RDS, Route53)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
