Job Description
The Associate Technical Support Engineer supports the health, reliability, and performance of our integrations and supporting systems in production environments. This entry-level role is part of the Integrations & Technical Operations function and focuses on system monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support under the guidance of senior engineers.
This role does not involve building product features. It is designed for early-career engineers who want to strengthen their technical foundation, understand how production systems behave, and build confidence diagnosing real-world issues in live environments.

- Support the day-to-day stability and operation of integration frameworks
- Monitor system health, review logs, and assist in resolving production issues using structured problem-solving approaches
- Support operational activities such as clinic onboarding, PIMS migrations, and integration workflows
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations to triage issues and escalate when appropriate
- Review technical documentation and help document system behavior, known issues, and resolution steps
- Assist in maintaining monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools
- Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve technical processes and workflows
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical qualification
- Internship experience or ~6–12 months of hands-on experience debugging or supporting technical systems
- Foundational understanding of software development concepts and system behavior
- Ability to read and reason about existing code with guidance
- Hands-on exposure to Python and/or .NET
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL, including basic data analysis and ETL concepts
- Familiarity with production systems, integrations, or technical support environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document findings and ask thoughtful questions
- Strong curiosity and interest in developing deeper technical skills over time
