About the Role

As a CPA or experienced accountant, you will bridge the gap between complex accounting rules and our engineering team. You will act as a domain expert, product owner, and quality assurance lead, shaping tools that accountants wish they had.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for new accounting features based on real-world pain points
• Test AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and nuance
• Help structure data models to reflect real-world accounting scenarios
• Extract insights from public financial data to train AI models

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of tax laws and accounting standards
• Strong interest in AI and software development (coding skills are a plus, but not required)
• Ability to translate accounting jargon into technical requirements
