💼 Job Description – IT Support Executive / Hotel IT Support

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT professional to support and maintain all hotel IT systems, ensuring smooth operations for both internal users and guests.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for PCs, servers, and other IT-related issues for end-users across the hotel
• Conduct routine system health checks and capacity studies to ensure optimal server and network performance
• Ensure IT operations comply with hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
• Assist with PC setup, IT systems, and user access during employee onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-house guest IT issues, including internet and digital service access
• Support, manage, and administer Windows Servers efficiently
• Maintain database backups and support network infrastructure
• Assist with IT setup and access for new employees and system users
• Understand hotel operations and ensure smooth technology integration
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining service standards
• Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, representing the hotel’s professional image
