Your Role: Full-Stack Engineer
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Deel, you’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—building scalable, high-quality features that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, design, and QA teams
- Participate in product planning and technical decision-making
- Build and own features across client, server, service, and database layers
- Develop robust APIs and improve existing systems
- Identify, fix, and prevent bugs while maintaining high quality standards
What You’ll Bring
Core Skills
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience (TypeScript-focused)
- Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Express
- Experience building APIs and backend logic (Express; NestJS is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design
- Familiarity with modern frontend patterns (hooks, functional components)
- Experience with testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms running 24/7
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and async programming
- Experience with testing tools (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
- Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
