Intern - Talent Acquisition

Talent Acquisition Intern We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6–12 months. As an intern, you will support the team in various recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on multiple platforms Conduct reference and background checks Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team Person Specifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office tools Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical HR experience and build a strong foundation in recruitment.
