As an Executive – Partner Onboarding Specialist, you ensure FundedNext’s partner ecosystem grows with strength and structure. This role connects negotiation, onboarding, and relationship-building into a seamless process that directly drives revenue.

By combining clear communication with cultural adaptability, you transform new partners into long-term contributors to our global momentum.

• Create onboarding playbooks, negotiation scripts, and structured partner trackers
• Generate measurable revenue through successful onboarding and partner conversions
• Deliver weekly reports to leadership on partner performance and pipeline health
• Streamline onboarding processes through basic automations to improve efficiency and consistency

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, proven in a global context
• Experience conducting sales calls with strong cultural adaptability across regions
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (or equivalent tools) for partner tracking and reporting
