Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of projects from inception to final client release, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and of the highest quality
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
• Develop detailed project plans and proactively manage timelines, resources, and progress against deliverables
• Manage ongoing client communications, including regular meetings/calls, and provide exceptional follow-ups, reports, and presentations
• Utilize industry best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Facilitate the creation of appropriate project documentation to support planning, delivery, integration, and support
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
• Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions while providing leadership and guidance to the project team
• Perform additional duties as required by management

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PSM, or CSM certification is a plus
• Proven experience in high-pressure environments within Software Development and Project Management
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Development and/or Project Management
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with out-of-the-box thinking
• High attention to detail
