Full-Stack Developer (React + .NET Core) Company Description Liquid Labs is a high-end product engineering services company founded by former Sysco LABS and LSEG executives. The company partners with global tech firms across Australia, Europe, and the US to build scalable products using a managed team model—embedding dedicated engineering teams within client organizations while providing leadership and technical guidance. Role Overview We are seeking experienced Full-Stack Developers with strong expertise in React and .NET Core to join the team on a full-time basis. This is a remote-first role based in Sri Lanka, with occasional in-person meetings in Colombo. Compensation will be provided in USD. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React and .NET Core Collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams Build scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions Participate in technical discussions, problem-solving, and system design Work independently while contributing effectively to a distributed team General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of full-time industry experience Strong hands-on experience with both React and .NET Core (minimum 3 years as a full-stack developer) Experience with Microsoft Azure is an added advantage Experience working with international stakeholders (US, Europe, or Australia) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment This role is ideal for developers looking to work on global products, collaborate with international teams, and grow within a high-performance engineering environment.
