What You’ll Do

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code powering our AI-driven platform
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade APIs using FastAPI
• Rapidly prototype and iterate to transform ideas into product-ready features
• Experiment with the latest LLMs and apply advanced prompt-engineering techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability
• Implement RAG, contextual search, and advanced AI workflow pipelines
• Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize deep learning models for NLP and computer vision tasks
• Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and techniques, integrating them into production systems
• Build observability tools and AI content auditing systems to ensure transparency, reliability, and safe interactions

Who You Are

• Proven industry experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles, with at least 2 years hands-on AI/ML experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI infrastructure
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, data pipelines, and asynchronous systems
• Highly curious, adaptable, and quick to learn emerging AI technologies
• Solid CS fundamentals and a problem-solving mindset, thriving in fast-paced startup environments
