Job Description
We’re looking for a Website Manager to own our website as a performance-driven business asset, not just an online brochure. You will be responsible for keeping the site fast, accurate, on-brand, and optimized for conversion, SEO, and lead generation, while continuously improving user experience and performance.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s product vision and stay up to date with technology changes to ensure alignment.
- Own the day-to-day management of the website, including updates, new pages, landing pages, and fixes.
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure the website reflects the brand identity and product story.
- Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.).
- Work with Marketing to create and publish campaign landing pages and content/resource hubs.
- Monitor website performance (speed, errors, UX issues) and coordinate fixes.
- Set up, manage, and maintain analytics and event tracking (Google Analytics or similar).
- Run A/B tests and CRO experiments on key pages such as the homepage and lead/demo forms.
- Ensure effective mechanisms for lead generation and conversion tracking.
- Maintain content governance including version control, approvals, and quality assurance before publishing.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing to keep product-related pages accurate, relevant, and compelling.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role, preferably within the IT industry
(Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Strong interest in websites, UX, and how design influences business results.
- Basic working knowledge of modern CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix).
- Foundational HTML/CSS skills to tweak layouts, fix minor issues, and confidently work with front-end elements.
- Basic understanding of SEO and UX fundamentals (page titles, headings, mobile responsiveness, navigation).
- Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar) to monitor traffic and performance, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and developers when required.
Desirable Skills
- Professional experience managing or maintaining websites.
- Hands-on experience with Webflow or WordPress production sites.
- Exposure to CRO and A/B testing tools.
- Familiarity with web accessibility best practices.
