What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level roles across multiple industries
• Headhunt high-caliber individuals earning LKR 500,000 to 4.5Mn+ and USD 5,000 to 20,000+
• Build strong relationships with top candidates and maintain consistent, high-quality engagement
• Conduct market mapping, research, and deep sourcing to uncover niche, hard-to-find profiles
• Manage candidate expectations, career motivations, and compensation discussions with maturity
• Build and maintain a strategic pipeline for local, regional, and international talent markets
• Ensure timely updates, accurate records, and strong process discipline through ATS and internal systems
• Stay ahead of recruitment trends, talent movements, and competitive market insights

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4–6 years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or communication-driven roles
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior-level candidates
• Strong research skills with a headhunter mindset
• Excellent communication, maturity, and professionalism in handling high-value talent
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and deliver consistently under deadlines
• Tech-savvy with exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and modern sourcing platforms
