Role Overview
We are seeking a WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, deep expertise in WordPress, and the ability to deliver functional, responsive, and visually appealing websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement features aligned with project goals
- Ensure websites are responsive, performance-optimized, and follow SEO best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors efficiently
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements
- Stay up to date with WordPress trends, tools, and best practices
- Ensure website security and manage regular backups
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS
- Experience with custom theme and plugin development
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
