Job Description
We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of all IT assets including computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and network equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs for IT equipment.
- Manage device lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all IT assets.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Oversee access control systems including user permissions and physical access management.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security infrastructure.
- Ensure security systems are functioning optimally at all times.
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal network devices including switches, routers, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support for network-related service matters.
- Assist in implementing network improvements and upgrades.
- Manage employee IT support requests through a ticketing system.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems with appropriate documentation.
- Administer individual and group mobile connections.
- Manage package updates, limitations, and optimization.
- Coordinate with Dialog for service-related matters.
- Provide technical support for mobile devices and services.
- Facilitate IT onboarding processes for new employees (account creation, device setup, access provisioning).
- Manage IT offboarding procedures including account deactivation and asset recovery.
- Ensure smooth IT transitions during employee lifecycle changes.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and licenses.
- Administer Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) user accounts and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
- Monitor license utilization and recommend optimizations.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems and help desk operations.
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Understanding of security systems (CCTV, access control).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
