We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team, helping us maintain smooth operations, manage our website, and support our marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition while gaining hands on experience. Position Summary: As the IT Support & Operations Intern, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our systems running efficiently, managing our website, and supporting our growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in web hosting, technical support, IT operations, and digital marketing collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Handle Support Requests: Assist customers with technical issues, provide guidance on hosting services, and respond to inquiries. Maintain Servers: Perform regular maintenance and updates on servers to ensure optimal performance. Website Malware Removal: Implement malware detection and removal processes to protect customer websites. Manage New Customer Inquiries: Provide information about our services, assist with onboarding, and answer questions about hosting solutions. Implement New Technology: Assist in researching and deploying new tools and technologies that enhance service efficiency and security. Manage DoHost Website: Oversee updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the website is optimized for customer acquisition. Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with our internal marketing teams to support customer acquisition efforts and align on growth strategies.
