Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into company databases and banking systems
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity at all times
• Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by supervisors
• Assist in the systematic organization and archiving of digital and physical records
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and timely data flow

Qualifications & Skills

• Successful completion of GCE Ordinary Level and GCE Advanced Level
• Mandatory basic computer handling skills
• Currently pursuing or completed a Foundation, Diploma, or Undergraduate program in IT
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Basic English speaking and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
