The Team
You’ll be joining a high-performing team made up of both tenured and newer Riskonnect members. The team is responsible for managing New Business Sales across North America for Riskonnect’s suite of Healthcare products within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) offering.
Each Sales Executive owns a designated territory, and the team works as a cohesive unit with diverse and complementary backgrounds. Support comes from multiple internal teams, including Business Development, Solution Engineering, and Solution Architecture, giving each team member a unique perspective and skill set.
We support each other, win together, and have achieved two consecutive record-breaking years.
The Opportunity
The Sales Executive leads the new business sales process with the goal of exceeding quarterly sales targets. This role is responsible for generating new product and services revenue for Riskonnect’s Healthcare solutions within the IRM Suite.
This is a territory-based role focused on securing eligible Fortune 1,000 prospects as new customers. The Sales Executive works closely with Sales Engineers to understand client business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that create win-win outcomes.
The role is supported by Marketing, Product Management, Client Services, Support, and Professional Services teams. The ideal candidate brings creativity, intensity, and a strong network, along with a proven ability to sell technology that solves real business problems.

Requirements
- Ability to develop, maintain, or leverage relationships with C-level executives across Risk Management, Information Security, IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit within the assigned territory.
- Ability to create and execute a targeted sales plan, including:
- Target identification and prospecting
- Resource coordination
- Leading meetings and demonstrations
- Closing deals and facilitating contract negotiations
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding individual sales goals.
- Ability to develop and deliver executive-level product demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel overnight 20%–30%.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in GRC, IRM, BC&R, Healthcare, RMIS, or Cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales with the ability to clearly articulate business value.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; trusted advisor to clients.
- Highly organized with consistent activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and proven closing ability.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of GRC and/or IRM is a plus.
